Her background uniquely bridges medical expertise and beauty industry insight- allowing her to deliver safe, natural-looking results that enhance each patient’s unique features.
Melissa earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) from Dalhousie University and began her nursing career in adult medicine, which then transitioned to neonatal intensive care. This foundation instilled in her a strong sense of clinical responsibility, attention to detail, and compassion- qualities that continue to shape her work in cosmetic medicine.
Before becoming a nurse injector, Melissa spent over 10 years as a salon owner, gaining firsthand experience in the transformative power of personal aesthetics. This history informs her deeply personalized approach and her belief that aesthetic treatments should support, not redefine, a person’s natural beauty.
As the co-founder of A&M Clinical Beauty, Melissa offers a wide range of injectable and medical-grade skin treatments. She is also a clinical trainer with Clarion Medical Technologies, sharing her advanced knowledge of skin rejuvenation technologies with fellow healthcare professionals. Melissa continually invests in her education, having trained with leading plastic surgeons and industry experts, and travels frequently to stay current with the latest evidence-based techniques.
Melissa collaborates as a clinical practice leader across multiple locations at Vitality Medi Spa, where she also mentors nursing and medical aesthetics staff. She plays a key role in establishing best practices and elevating clinical standards, contributing to a culture of safety, education, and excellence in aesthetic medicine.

With over 15 years of full-time injecting experience, Aundrea Ritchie is one of Atlantic Canada’s most respected and trusted aesthetic nurse injectors. Her career has been shaped by a deep commitment to safe, evidence-based cosmetic medicine and a passion for empowering patients to look and feel their very best.
Aundrea began her nursing journey after completing a Bachelor of Arts at St. Thomas University, followed by the Advanced Standing Bachelor of Nursing degree at the University of New Brunswick. She went on to earn her Master of Nursing – Family All Ages Nurse Practitioner designation from Athabasca University in 2024. Her early clinical experience in cardiac and mental health units laid a strong foundation for her compassionate and holistic approach to patient care.
In 2010, she transitioned into medical aesthetics—a field that immediately captured her heart. Since then, Aundrea has worked closely with cosmetic physicians and surgeons, refining her technique and growing her clinical knowledge. Her artistic touch and keen understanding of facial anatomy have earned her a reputation for creating naturally beautiful, personalized results that enhance each patient’s unique features.
As the founder of Aundrea Nurse Inc. and co-founder of A&M Clinical Beauty, Aundrea combines clinical excellence with artistic precision. She currently serves as the Lead Nurse at Vitality Medi Spa, overseeing the clinical operations across three of the largest aesthetic clinics in Halifax, Bedford, and the HRM region.
Aundrea is also a sought-after educator and national clinical trainer for Allergan Canada Inc., where she has delivered hands-on training to physicians, dentists, and nurses in both beginner and advanced aesthetic techniques across Canada and internationally since 2013.
